Ustina is a multifaceted artist who knows how to exercise her leadership through listening and sharing, with a truly surprising magnetism and strength. Awarded with the Orchestra prize at La Maestra competition in Paris in 2022, she has started conducting in 2014 and is currently assistant conductor of François-Xavier Roth with the Gürzenich Orchester Köln.
